Frequently Asked Questions
Sizing, lead times, shipping, care and everything else. If your question is not here, send us a message.
Ordering
Are your garments made to order?+
Yes. Nothing is held in stock — each piece is cut and made after you order it, in the size and colourway you chose. This is why we can offer several colourways without carrying inventory, and why dispatch takes longer than an off-the-shelf purchase.
How long until my order is dispatched?+
Two weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel ships. If you have a deadline, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Within 12 hours of purchase, yes — email us with your order reference and we can change the size, colourway or address, or cancel and refund you in full. After that, production has begun and the piece is already specific to you.
Do you offer made-to-measure?+
Yes, for anyone outside the S–L range or sitting awkwardly across two sizes. Made-to-measure is priced individually and takes longer than the standard two weeks. Send your measurements through the made-to-measure form and we will come back with a quote and a timeline. No payment is taken until you have approved the specification.
Can I request a colour that is not listed?+
Sometimes. The listed colourways are the ones we keep sheet latex for. Anything else depends on what our supplier has, so ask before ordering rather than after and we will tell you what is possible.
Sizing & Fit
The single most common reason for an exchange is ordering without measuring first.
What sizes do you make?+
S, M and L, corresponding roughly to UK 8, 10 and 12. Full body measurements for each size, in centimetres and inches, are on the size guide.
How should I measure myself?+
Measure over bare skin or close-fitting underwear, standing relaxed, with the tape level and snug but not compressing. Use body measurements, not the measurements of a garment you already own. The size guide explains each measurement point.
I am between two sizes. Which should I order?+
Size up. Latex has stretch but very little tolerance in a fitted, shaped garment, and a piece that is slightly generous is wearable while one that is slightly tight is not. If you want the tighter silhouette and you are experienced at dressing latex, size down — but only then.
Which measurement matters most?+
It depends on the piece. For the halter top and heart shape top it is bust and underbust. For the skater skirt it is the waist. For the mini skirt it is waist and hip. Each product page tells you which one decides the fit.
What if my measurements fall outside S–L?+
Use the made-to-measure form. We would rather make something that fits you than sell you a size that does not.
Shipping & Customs
Where do you ship?+
Worldwide, from Singapore, by tracked courier. Flat rates apply per destination: Singapore — S$10, 1–3 business days after dispatch. Malaysia & Southeast Asia — S$20, 3–7 business days after dispatch. Australia, NZ & East Asia — S$35, 5–10 business days after dispatch. UK, Europe & North America — S$45, 7–14 business days after dispatch. Rest of world — S$60, 10–21 business days after dispatch.
Is shipping ever free?+
Yes — shipping within Singapore is free on orders of S$200 or more. All other destinations are charged at a flat rate per order.
Will I be charged import duties?+
Possibly. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in your order total and are payable by the recipient on delivery. Thresholds vary by country and change from time to time, so check your own customs rules if you are unsure. We cannot predict or absorb these charges.
How is my order packaged?+
In plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the brand. Inside, the garment is powdered, wrapped in tissue and packed flat.
What if my parcel is lost or returned to you?+
Everything ships tracked, so tell us as soon as tracking looks wrong and we will chase the courier. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery or unpaid duties can be reshipped once they arrive back, at the original shipping rate.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payment is handled by Stripe. Depending on where you are, that includes major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and — for customers in Singapore — PayNow. Card details never reach our servers.
What currency are prices in?+
Singapore dollars (SGD). If your card is issued elsewhere, your bank converts at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
When do you start making my order?+
Once payment has cleared. Nothing is cut before that.
Is it safe to pay on this site?+
Payment is taken on Stripe’s own hosted checkout, not on our website, so we never see or store your card number.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange a piece that does not fit?+
Yes. We exchange for a different size within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. You pay return postage; we cover sending the replacement. As the replacement is made fresh, allow the usual two weeks from when your return reaches us.
Can I get a refund because I changed my mind?+
No. As made-to-order intimate apparel, garments are not refundable once production has begun. Production begins 12 hours after purchase, and an order can be cancelled in full at any point before then.
What if my piece arrives faulty or damaged?+
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. If it is a genuine fault or transit damage we will repair or replace it at our cost, including postage both ways. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What is not covered?+
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, tearing from incorrect dressing, staining from contact with metals, and damage caused by incorrect care or storage. Worn garments cannot be returned on hygiene grounds, and care products cannot be returned once opened.
How do I start an exchange?+
Email us with your order reference and the size you need, and wait for return instructions before posting anything back.
Latex Care
Singapore humidity is harder on latex than most climates. These are the essentials — the journal covers each in full.
How do I clean a latex garment?+
Rinse inside and out with lukewarm water after wearing. Avoid hot water, and do not use ordinary soap or detergent unless it is formulated for latex. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth — never wring or twist.
How do I get the shine?+
Once the piece is completely dry, apply a latex dressing such as Vivishine and buff lightly with a soft cloth in long, even strokes. Dressing also stops the latex sticking to itself in storage.
How should I store it?+
Dry it fully first — trapped moisture is the main cause of problems in a humid climate. Then store flat or loosely rolled, away from light and heat, in a dark, cool place. Do not store latex in direct sunlight or in a sealed bag while it is still damp.
What damages latex?+
Sunlight, heat, oils and oil-based lubricants, perfume, and contact with copper, brass or bronze, which stain latex permanently and cannot be reversed. Keep rings, watches and jewellery away while dressing, and keep fingernails short.
How do I put it on without tearing it?+
Use a dressing aid — talc or a silicone-based lubricant — and ease the garment on gradually rather than pulling at one point. Most tears happen from a fingernail or a sharp tug, not from the latex being weak.
Material & Allergies
What is the garment made from?+
Sheet natural rubber latex, cut and glued by hand. Because each piece is handmade, small variations in seam placement and finish are normal and are not faults.
I have a latex allergy. Can I wear these?+
No. Our garments are natural rubber latex, which contains the proteins responsible for latex allergy. If you have a known or suspected latex allergy, speak to a doctor before handling latex clothing at all.
Will the colour match the photographs exactly?+
Close, but screens vary and latex is highly reflective, so the same piece photographs differently under different light. Treat product images as a good guide rather than an exact colour match.
Does latex stain or transfer colour?+
Light colours, especially white, can pick up colour from dark clothing, dyes and some surfaces, and can be stained permanently by metals. Store light and dark pieces separately.
Discretion & Privacy
Will anyone know what is in the parcel?+
No. Packaging is plain and unbranded, and the customs declaration describes the contents only as generically as the law allows.
What do you do with my measurements?+
They are used only to quote for and make your garment. They are never used for marketing, never shared outside production, and never published. We keep them for 12 months so a repeat order does not mean measuring again, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
